Browsers now only support TLS 1.2, while CAS is currently 1.1.

Until this issue is resolved:
On Chrome, the Address field displays Not Secure. Click it and you will see a warning that Your connection to this site is not fully secure.
On Firefox, you will see a Your connection is not fully secure message. If you click Show advanced, you can then click Proceed to cas.wpi.edu (unsafe).
